3-D visualisation
One of our unique selling points is our use of 3-D models to explore space with our clients. This service is not geared towards the creation of photo-realistic images and expensive runs on presentation, once the project is designed. It is instead, seen as an interactive design tool used to explore sequence and space as the project is developing. We use state of the art 3D software to create virtual buildings and then take our clients through the spaces we are creating for them. These models can then be sent out to experts in the field of rendering, should a photo-montage be required as part of a Development Application or funding exercise. The dialogue during these stages allows us to further expand our understanding of the Client's needs and objectives, in a more interactive space than around plans spread out on the board room table.
