Apartment Ithaca
Completed early 2001 this project comprised a complete and comprehensive renovation to an existing strata titled in a 1920’s block. This included new floors throughout, a new kitchen and bathroom, and the opening up of the living area to allow more light and better cross-ventilation. Period details such as the picture rails were kept and incorporated at the Client’s request, and the finished product was clean and smart. Skilled Builders (they had previously built the “apartment of the year” 2000) and good communication channels with all those involved, ensured the result was competent and high on quality.
