Penthouse Challis
This pavilion in the sky is a personal dream come true, After many years of exploring the idea of colonising our inner cities, the completion of this project in June 2003 embodies this dream. In this project, we transformed a small 1 bedroom unit on the top floor of a block of apartments into a 2 bedroom penthouse with views of Sydney Harbour and the CBD. This was done by extending up onto the flat roof and building a box in recycled timber, copper and glass.
